Restaurant Manager Job Description
-
Provide LEADERSHIP BY EXAMPLE, leading by enthusiasm,
positive mental attitude, working with the crew with the commitment to
company objectives.
-
Operate in accordance with established performance,
profit and operating standards, as set out in the OPERATIONS MANUAL.
-
Assume RESPONSIBILITY for all facets of Operations
for one (1) restaurant, working a minimum of 45 hours per week.
-
Maintain and meet our high standards of CLEANLINESS
and assume responsibility for preventative maintenance of a restaurant.
-
Maintain our high standard of CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout
the operational day by demonstration management by example.
-
PURCHASING of food, beverages and supplies as needed
and overseeing their preparation to ensure that every time we serve meets
our standards of product quality.
-
HIRE and TRAIN employees, assign and schedule duties,
supervise, motivate and develop each individual to maintain a friendly
and efficient restaurant.

Utilize all management tools to keep neat, accurate
and current records providing the historical DATA to effectively plan for
increased sales and profits.

COMMUNICATE effectively with subordinates, associates,
supervisor and others about plans, progress and problems.
-
REVIEW individual performance of each Assistant Manager
on schedule and recommend salary adjustments as they are deserved.

REVIEW individual performance of restaurant employees
at least every 3 months and recommend adjustments in wage as deserved.

Assist in forecast of annual SALES PROJECTIONS and
setting Action Plans and programs to meet those sales goals.
Assistant Restaurant Manager Job Description

a restaurant.

Maintain high standards of CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout
the operational day by demonstration management by example.

PURCHASE food, beverages and supplies as needed and
oversee their preparation to ensure that every time we serve meets our
standards of product quality.

Participate in HIRING and TRAINING employees, assign
and schedule duties, supervise, motivate and develop each individual to
maintain a friendly and efficient restaurant.

Utilize all management tools to keep neat, accurate
and current records providing the historical DATA to effectively plan for

COMMUNICATE effectively with subordinates, associates,
